• Damaged Items: If your candle arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
• Unsatisfied with the Scent? At Serenova Candles, each candle is handcrafted in fresh, small batches with great care. While we’re unable to offer refunds based on personal scent preferences due to the nature of our products, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please reach out — our team is here to help, and we’ll do our best to ensure you have a positive experience.
• Returns: To ensure the highest quality and safety for all our customers, we accept returns on unused and unopened products within 7 days of delivery. If you need to make a return, we kindly ask that customers cover the return shipping cost. We’re here to assist you through the process and make it as smooth as possible.
